• Return tracked courier postage of $14.00 + GST up to 3kg will apply (unless local). Rural is $5.70 + GST extra
• We will advise you of the return cost for parcels over 3kg

• 8×6 glossy photo-prints from scans $2.00 each

• Add 25c per scan if photos can be removed
• Add 50c per scan if photos are glued in album

Scanning resolution
Prime 2400 dpi resolution is used for all slide scans and is suitable for viewing on laptop, computer, tablet or TV screen. These scans are also suitable for photo prints.

Please note: If your slides are extremely dirty or scratched it will incur an additional fee where applicable. In some cases it might not be possible to remove all specs, mould and deterioration from them. If this is the case you will be advised. It’s best to inspect your slides or film before they are dispatched. Alternatively, get a quotation from us beforehand.

Your privacy

We provide this service for your own photographic material. We will not scan commercial, copyrighted images to DVD or USB without the formal and written permission from the copyright holder. We will not copy or scan any adult or other inappropriate material. If we have to return any material deemed unsuitable for copying, then we reserve the right to charge an administration fee

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ORDER?

• When your order has arrived you will receive email notification.
• Upon receipt of your material we will inspect the contents and take a photograph or video of them for our records.
• If need be we will advise you if there are any issues with your material.
• We’ll process and execute your order.
• We’ll send you a notification with an official invoice and the details about how to pay.
• Your order and your original material will be dispatched (unless requested otherwise) to you by secure post once your payment has cleared.
